Return and Refund Policy

At Attirobe, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds work.

7-Day Return Policy
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, uncut, unstitched and unwashed, and it must be in its original packaging with all pieces and tags. Fabric that has been cut, stitched, washed, worn or altered cannot be returned. Please message us on WhatsApp at +923331757912 with your order number and the reason for the return, and wait for our approval before sending the parcel back. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Wrong Parcel from Attirobe:

If we send you the wrong item, wrong colour, wrong design or an incomplete order, Attirobe will bear the full loss. We will pay the delivery charges for returning the wrong parcel and for sending the correct one, and we will either send the correct item or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and send your order number with clear photos (and an unboxing video, if you have one) so we can fix the problem quickly.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number. After we verify the issue, we will replace the item or refund you.

Return Shipping for Other Reasons:

If you return an item because you changed your mind or ordered by mistake, the return delivery charges are paid by the customer.

Refunds:

Once we receive and check your returned item, we will confirm your refund. Approved refunds are sent within 5 business days. For cash on delivery orders, refunds are made by bank transfer or mobile wallet, so please share your account details with us. Original delivery charges are not refunded, except when the mistake was ours.

Colour Differences:

Colours may look slightly different on your screen because of lighting and display settings. Small variations of this kind are not considered a defect.
