1. About Attirobe
These Terms of Service apply to your use of attirobe.com and to every order you place with Attirobe, whether on our website or on WhatsApp. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Products and Descriptions
We describe each product with its fabric type, colours, design, items included in the suit and fabric quantity. Colours may look slightly different on your screen because of lighting and display settings. Small natural variations in printed or dyed fabric are not defects. Please read the product page carefully before ordering. We may correct or update product information at any time.

3. Prices
All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices and offers can change without notice. Sale prices apply only for the period stated. If we find a pricing error after you order, we will contact you, and you may accept the correct price or cancel the order.

4. How Orders Work
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it with you by WhatsApp, phone or email. We may refuse or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, details are unclear, or we cannot verify the order. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund the full amount.

5. Payment
We accept bank transfers and mobile wallets, we process the order after we receive and verify your payment. For cash on delivery, please keep the exact amount ready for the delivery rider.

6. Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan. Delivery times are estimates and can change because of the courier, your location, public holidays or weather. Please give a complete and correct address and a working phone number. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by wrong details. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, uncut, unstitched and unwashed, in its original packaging with all pieces and tags. Please contact us and wait for approval before sending any parcel back. Fabric that has been cut, stitched, washed, worn or altered cannot be returned.

If Attirobe sends the wrong item, wrong colour, wrong design or an incomplete order, Attirobe bears the full loss, including delivery charges for the return and for the correct parcel. We will send the correct item or give you a full refund.

8. Using Our Website
You agree not to misuse our website, try to gain unauthorised access to it, copy its content automatically, or give us false information.

9. Our Content
The photos, text, logo and design on attirobe.com belong to Attirobe or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. Privacy
We collect and use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Limit of Responsibility
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by things outside our control, such as courier problems, strikes, natural events or internet failures. Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
